A great big chord of fun.. School of Rock made me laugh harder than any movie I've seen this year.. The excellent performances by the cast are also what raise this movie well above your ordinary action movie.. A picture with pop's delicious energy yet none of its attendant risk, a flick that no one will love but everyone will like.. Eventually the film does manage to find its own awkward way, with enough effective and less desperate jokes to smooth things over after the rocky start.. A lot of go...
