The laughs may come in fits and starts, usually by way of sight gags and set pieces, but they do come. And then they go.. Whatever the actors are given to do they make so delightful -- or so delightfully moving -- that Love Actually wins out over its wobbles.. This is cloying, deceitful, and more or less irresistible..
